Please join me in welcoming the 2011 season of LICCB activities with good cheer! We've made some changes in the governing structure of the LICCB with the aim and goal of creating a stronger base for operations, making leadership more accessible the the increasingly diverse interests of the community, and spreading the load of decision making to better serve larger numbers of individuals interested in playing on the water with the LICCB.
