Boathouse meeting May 19. College Point May 22. Hallets Cove May 23. Friday Chill June 4. LICCB had a huge opening day last Sunday. 30 volunteers paddled 17 boats from the boathouse to Hallets Cove. Over 100 more paddled the cove and then every seat was full again for the paddle back to the boathouse.  This was our best season opener yet and bodes well for our 2010 season.  Thanks to all who participated, we're off to a great start.  Photos will be posted on the web site soon. We're bringing  out  lots of paddles and  boats Sunday May 16th to launch our 2010 season at Hallets Cove (Vernon Blvd. at 31st Ave.)  Weather is forecast to be "mostly sunny and pleasant".   We've waited a long time for this.  Come paddle for free with LICCB on openning day.   Please note that hours of opperation for the Sunday program will vary slightly to suit the tides.  On May 16th, we'll be at Hallets cove from 12:00 noon until 4PM.  New volunteers wanting to help out are encouraged to step up and join us.  Just ask one of us "how can I become a Long [...]
