The New York Fire Department is sponsoring a free CPR program called "FDNY's CPR TO GO PROGRAM". This program is aimed at anyone interested in learning how to administer CPR or brush up on their skills. This program does not provide certification. Three people have been nominated as candidates for Chairperson of Long Island City Community Boathouse. Two nominees have respectfully declined the nomination. Ted Gruber has accepted nomination and as such is the sole candidate for chairperson.
