The end of the summer paddling season is approaching but here's the good news. LICCB's affiliate Gowanus Dredgers Canoe Club is preparing for their famous bacChANAL Party which will be held on Saturday October 3rd from 5-9 PM.       Many of us have been there before and had a splendid time. LICCB is inviting all persons who have volunteered with at least one event this season (Hallet’s Cove, a Chill paddle, work party, or a special project) to one of two trips on Monday, September 7 (Labor Day). Please RSVP to Steve Ellis, steve.ellis@mountsinai.org. If requests for either trip exceed available space, paddlers will be selected in order of RSVP.
